- Reviewing carrier proposals to ensure quotes reflect what was requested
- Completing renewal and marketing financial exhibits
- Performing quality assurance reviews of client deliverables and carrier documentation
- Implementing new vendors and programs, including managing timeline and follow-ups
- Developing employee communications
- Planning Open Enrollment, including coordinating with carriers and benefits administration vendors
- Coordinating health and benefits fairs
- Presenting at employee meetings
- Developing and delivering benefits-related training
