Prior to starting my business in 2014, I spent over 15 years in increasingly responsible roles at well-known and respected firms, including Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., NORCAL Mutual Insurance Co, Willis and Transamerica. As a broker/consultant, I was most engaged and happy when I was onboarding a new client: Meeting new people, learning about their priorities and challenges, and partnering with them to solve problems and meet objectives. Each new client’s unique benefits strategy and corporate culture required a custom approach.
As an independent benefits professional, I enjoy that excitement and challenge with every new client and project.
I work on all types of employee benefits projects, including financial modeling and analysis, insurance renewals and marketings, vendor implementations and ongoing corporate benefits administration. To all of my projects, I bring innovation and creativity, always looking to improve efficiency and processes along the way.
I am also a visual artist, working primarily in monotype printmaking. I live in San Francisco.
