  • Completing renewal and marketing financial exhibits
  • Performing quality assurance reviews of client deliverables and carrier documentation
  • Implementing new vendors and programs, including managing timeline and follow-ups
  • Developing employee communications
  • Planning Open Enrollment, including coordinating with carriers and benefits administration vendors
  • Coordinating health and benefits fairs
  • Presenting at employee meetings
  • Developing and delivering benefits-related training
