Interim Client Service:  Account Manager

I have been working as an interim Account Manager for over a decade and have worked in a variety of employee benefit broker settings.  I can manage accounts and take care of your clients with no downtime for training.  I will stay until you are ready to transition the accounts to your regular staff.

  • Project manage all aspects of renewal, marketing and open enrollment
  • Create financial exhibits and client-ready presentations
  • Perform detailed quality reviews of client deliverables
  • Develop employee communications
  • Implement new plans and benefit programs
  • Present at Open Enrollment meetings
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including leading status calls, coordinating with carrier contacts, and educating on benefits and compliance
  • Respond to employee and dependent questions.

Some brokers choose to introduce me to their clients, and I lead service on the account for the duration of my assignment.  Other brokers prefer to manage the direct client contact, and I remain “back room” support.

Interim Benefit Specialist

I have been working as an interim Benefits Specialist/Manager in a variety of firms and industries for over a decade. I can keep your benefits running smoothly and take care of your employees with no downtime for training.  I will stay until you are ready to transition the tasks to your regular staff.

  • Administer benefits programs, including managing enrollment/eligibility system
  • Respond to employee questions
  • Manage billing for both list bill and self bill
  • Monitor and facilitate compliance responsibilities
  • Plan and manage open enrollment
  • Manage implementation of new carriers and vendors
  • Deliver new hire benefits orientation
  • Perform audits, including benefits enrollment, eligibility, payroll deductions
  • Administer leaves of absence
  • Develop and present employee trainings
